ViewPic is a simple graphic viewer that lets you view images and photographs in any of the following formats: BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPG, PCX, PNG, TIF, TGA, PGM, PPM, PBM, ICO, WMF and EMF.

Apart from its functions as a viewer, ViewPic comes equipped with some tools and utilities for photo retouching like rotation, mirror effect, change the height, change the width, change the resolution of the colour, adjust the brightness, contrast and gamma, add filters, change your image using certain shapes or contours, and so on.

On the other hand, ViewPic also has conversion options to convert among the following graphic formats: BMP, JPG, GIF, PBM, PGM, PNG, PPM, TGA, and TIF.
